Bishop James Hail has been ministering since 1982. He has served as a Senior Pastor, Associate Pastor, Youth Minister, and Evangelist-at-Large. His current assignment at Abba's House began in August 2017.

He and Barbara have been married since 1999. Collectively, they have three daughters, one son, ten grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. They enjoy spending time outdoors, riding motorcycles, camping, hunting, and fishing. Pastor Hail is also a certified Rescue Diver and KCBS Certified Master BBQ Judge.

The Hails grew up in the Seminole, Oklahoma area and have lived in various areas across the state. Pastor Hail is a Vietnam veteran who served in the United States Army as both a commissoned and non-commissioned officer. Both have held various positions of leadership in the secular community.

Brother Hail attended Hawaii Pacific University (ASL), Langston University (BA), Lee University School of Religion (MAMS), and is currently attending the Pentecostal Theological Seminary.

 

Pastor Hail also has extensive experience and education in practical leadership and leadership development.
